You may call, stop by, or email us to set an appointment. We schedule appointments according to availability and specialty. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. A deposit of $25 is required for ALL services (spa packages must be paid in full). All services will be assessed a 10% Service fee at the time of checkout. Because of the ever changing prices on Groupon, those visits will be assessed a flat fee of $6 per visit. We have a NO REFUND policy. Spa credits are issued on a case by case basis.
Running Late? Can't Make Your Appointment?
Please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will impact the time allotted for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. We allow no more than 15 minutes grace for services of 1hr or more. As a courtesy to all clients our treatments are completed as scheduled.
Cancellation of all spa services require no less than a 24-hour notice. If not cancelled, or you fail to show, your deposit of $25 or full service price for spa package is forfeited as a No-Show Fee. FOR GROUPON SERVICES: If you fail to cancel your appointment, your voucher will be redeem as payment of the No-Show Fee.
