Appointments

You may call, stop by, or email us to set an appointment. We schedule appointments according to availability and specialty. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. A deposit of $25 is required for ALL services (spa packages must be paid in full). All services will be assessed a 10% Service fee at the time of checkout. Because of the ever changing prices on Groupon, those visits will be assessed a flat fee of $6 per visit. We have a NO REFUND policy. Spa credits are issued on a case by case basis.

Running Late? Can't Make Your Appointment?

Please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will impact the time allotted for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. We allow no more than 15 minutes grace at which a $25 late fee will be charged. As a courtesy to all clients our treatments are completed as scheduled.

Cancellation of all spa services require no less than a 24-hour notice. If not cancelled, or you fail to show, your deposit of $25 or full service price for spa package is forfeited as a No-Show Fee.

Gift Cards

Physical and digital gift cards expire one year from purchase date per North Carolina Law. We will be sure to contact the recipient and/or purchaser as the expiration date nears. If the recipient cannot redeem the card, we will allow the purchaser to redeem within the year time frame.

Memberships & Packages

Our memberships and packages are designed with client results and effectiveness in mind. We offer a 3 month membership with a substantial discount on the base service, and additional discounts on additional services and products. They are charged monthly and designed to assist our clients in maintaining a routine of self-care. All memberships have a 3 month carry forward period, this eliminates having a mass of credits at the end of the year that go to waste. Members may also share these credits with family and friends within the 3 month carry forward period. Packaged services are meant to be used within a specific time period for maximum results, i.e. body contouring, detox, and post-operative services, and can be extended based on progress.

Thank you for your consideration and understanding. Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated. Suggestions are always welcome.
